- Now add the soya chunks into boiling water and once it is done squeeze it and keep aside..
- Grind the soya chunks in the mixer grinder (just one turn will do)..
- In another pan heat oil and add chopped onions..
- Once onions turn translucent add the onion and garlic paste..
- Add soya chopped tomatoes and tomato puree..
- Add all dry powders and salt, add green peas and cover and cook for 15 mins.
- Idlis are now ready and they are cool, ready to cut. Cut them into pieces and add it to the masala Masala should be slightly liquidy so that it will coat well on the idlis Saute at low flame until the masala coats well over the idlis..
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot..
